I was offered 6 new bids to play with on www.ziinga.com and won a samsung digital camera, they asked me to pay £2.00 for the postage which is paid by my debit card, then my name and address, so they say signing up is free, so I signed up.

On the 6th July, I had found my £59.99 has been taking from my bank account which they told me the site is free of charge to use.

I have live chats and email customer service to request my account to be cancelled, they sent me a link saying that they will cancel the acccount for a fee of £35 and also they wanted my new bank details once they cancel the account, I do not understand why they won't cancel my account without new bank details.
