Introduced themselves as Microsoft Windows support staff to get access to my computer and pretended to clean up my computer of dangerous files.
Being old and not computer savy, they took advantage and asked for $419 and silly me not even thinking it could be a scam, paying. I did not realise I have been taken for a fool until I received a warning from my internet security company of the scam.
Don't let it happen to you.
