I made a purchase online and the website tells you that their products are 100% authentic. This handbag was no comparison to the original. The stitching on the bag is terrible, the strap is missing a loop and the quality is very cheap!!! Most of all the bag is not the correct size I requested. I made several attempts to them via email but none of my emails were answered! I even tried calling the number given once you receive your purchase if you needed them to answer questions regarding your purchase and all I got was a voicemail telling me no one is available to answer your call. This company should be shut down because they are a BIG RIPOFF!!!
