Was led to believe that I could protect myself against damage to my computer that may occur on Cyber Monday. Site indicated that the charge would be $29.94 with $10.00 discount. Ended up being billed for $39.94. Was directed to call toll free number so that a technician could connect with my computer and remove problem issues. Was on hold for 15 minutes and was then asked to leave a message. Went to "live support" option on the site which is available only Monday thru Friday during business hours. No live support technician was available. When trying to "connect" to the program my self, I was asked to provide my 6 digit license number. My license number is 20 digits (four series of five digits). Now, it appears that any issues that may occur on cyber Monday cannot be prevented through this company. I believe that it is a total scam. When I subsequently looked for reviews, I now see that consumers have rated this company only one and a half stars. I've been totally scammed and will refute this charge on my credit card.
