I like the store, but have a few problems. - shady canyon tee

I bought 3 shirts at the Hollister located in Glendale Galleria 2 days ago, and I had a problem with a shirt called "Shady Canyon Tee"; It was marked as $12, but I was charged $15 for it. I usually don't bother checking my reciepts because I trust stores to do an honest job, but i just happened to check it later, and was shocked to find such a mistake had been made. So I ran back (literally RAN) and explained everything and I had to fill something out before the cashier gave me my rightful $3 back. Until that point everything was okay, although running through the mall isn't a very fun thing to do, but I went online to see if there was anything else I would like to buy at Hollister only to find that the price had suddenly dropped to $10! It has omly been 2 days since I bought it, and I'm too lazy to take it back to the store to ask for the difference between the price I payed and the price it is now like it says I'm allowed to do on the back of my receipt, and I doubt I'd even manage to get my moneyback because the price tag was taken off and it says "only one price adjustment per item is permitted", and it turns out I already spent that one chance involuntarily when I took it back to pay the CORRECT price for it.

Other than that, i think it's way too dark in there; I bought a shirt that I thought was red, and it turned out to be dark pink... Also, the music is on too loud, so I had trouble hearing the cashier.

The staff was very nice, though. I just have a problem with the incessantly changing prices and the system that can't seem to keep in pace with those everchanging values.
