Pauline Collazo is the worst, most racist apartment manager I have ever come across. This woman picks who she likes and who she doesn't like and then decides from there if she is going to throw them out. If you're Hispanic, you stay no matter what kind of nonsense you pull. If you're not Hispanic, she will throw the book at you for the smallest things rather than warn you about them first.

I am currently facing eviction because she claims my dog barks too much, yet the (Hispanic) woman upstairs pounds and stomps around on her floor and it sounds like her floor/my ceiling is about to collapse onto my head. I have complained multiple times but all I get is, "Yeah yeah yeah "ed to death. Oh yeah, and there is also the problem of this woman's drug dealer boyfriend, who seems to be living with her and not signing into the "guestbook", which is a huge joke unless you're not Hispanic, then it is enforced.

He has been led out in handcuffs a few times but still nothing is done, except to people like myself and another white woman, who it almost seems as if Ms. Collazo is using to fill a quotient, like "See, I evict people... Aren't I a good manager?", yet it's only non-Hispanics who get evicted by her, it seems.

Then there is the people next to me, who blast loud music and scream and yell at the top of their lungs and slam their doors and have loud company who laugh and talk loudly as they monopolize the halls with their noise and chatter. I have called the police twice this weekend on them and I'm sure they will get away without so much as a warning, as they are Hispanic.

Also I'd like to mention the young man down the hall from me, who has his girlfriend and her 6 kids over 24/7/365. Her kids are loud, obnoxious, bratty and a general nuisance, screaming in the hall and hitting each other and cursing in ways I would not want my 1,4, 10, and 12 year old nieces to hear, which is why I do not have them over. Did I mention that the young man is Hispanic, as are his girlfriend and her 6 children?

Last but not least, we have the elderly Hispanic man down the hall whose loud-mouthed grandchildren always seem to be in tow, screaming and yelling and acting like they are in a rap video, slamming doors and making general nuisances of themselves.

Ms. Collazo claims that I am disturbing people's right to "peaceful enjoyment of their residence", but I ask, Is my being too afraid to have my nieces come visit me really "enjoyment"? How about listening to foulmouthed childen scream things I am too embarrassed to repeat here? Or maybe I like listening to Tons O'Fun upstairs stomp around? And who knows, maybe I want to invite her druggy parasite of a boyfriend and her over for pizza and a football game? Or maybe the roaches that permeate the building are the enjoyable part of living here? What about my peaceful enjoyment? Oh, that's right, I'm the white devil, I don't get peaceful enjoyment

However, I have yet to see Ms. Collazo leave her office, yet she claims in the letter that was posted on my front door that she came up due to 9 barking complaints in 24 hours and heard the barking with her own "hears" (That's right, that is the way she typed the word "ears", I kid you not.)

I know she heard the whole cacophony when she came up to "investigate" my dog barking, but since they are the same race as her, she just pretends as if she cannot hear them and expects us all to smile and eat sh* and call it lobster, which I can do no longer.

This woman is a racist (and has been known to give perks and privileges to those of her own race) who should not be managing a McDonald's, let alone an apartment complex and should be investigated under charges of discrimination.

Maybe my dog (which I have since been forced to give up) was barking, maybe he wasn't but LMHA needs to get their heads out of their keesters and stop hiring bigots like Ms Collazo and start hiring people who do their jobs. Oh yeah, and do something about the roaches while they're at it.
