Chewy Chips Ahoy Cookie with JAGGED PLASTIC PIECE INSIDE

I am completely disgusted to have bitten into a cookie and bit into a jagged, sharp piece of plastic!!! How in the world would this have happened by a company of this magnitude??? I have sent numerous emails and complaints and no one has responded yet!!! I suppose Kraft Foods is unconcerned with potentially damaging products they distribute!!! Everyone should beware of the kraft food you bite into!!! You never know what will be inside!!!
