BEWARE - Chewy Chip Ahoy Chocolate chip cookies

After years of being a consumer of the Chip Ahoy cookie I am completely disgusted to have bitten into a cookie and bit into a sharp, jagged piece of plastic!!! What if that had been one of my children and the object damaged their mouths or what if I had of swallowed it and injured my insides! I emailed the 'contact us' on Kraft Food website. That must have went absolutely NO WHERE because I did not get a response at all... I suppose Kraft Food is unconcerned with faulty products they may distribute that potentially can injury the consumers buying for them??? I can't believe this would even happen with a company of the magnitude... And even more I cant believe they won't give me a response!!!
