Machine is under forming - DELL LABTOP VOSTRO 3550

Dear Sir,

I buy new Dell Vostro 3550 details are as follows,
1) Service tag (s/n) - 8HCVLR1.
2) express service code - 18463813597.

It is Performing so bad that I feel i am using P-4 or some thing,
it is really slow,
and Its finger senser is not working,
I am using window 7,
I complaint on toll free but getting no support,

Please send your customer engg to check my dell labtop.
