"Nobody does Black Friday like Dell.com" false advertising mailing

Dell mailed out a flyer/brochure which I received today, November 15.

Included in the Black Friday offerings was a Vostro 260 Mini Tower with 20" monitor for $211.00, "after instant savings of $288.00".

I both called and on lined chatted with Dell and they said it was the printer's error and that they would not do anything about it and that the correct package price was $499.00 (after discount).

Dell offered nothing but a weak apology... No coupon, no meet me half way, nothing.

I used to be a loyal customer. Now I hate Dell.

Blatant false advertising!
