Stopped working, no customer service

I bought 2 of these units, one for my home, one for my son's home. Worked beautifully. However, his unit stopped working after 4 weeks. After much frustration with TRYING to deal with customer no service, they offered a refund, which he accepted... Which came to about 60% of purchase price. Mine worked fine for about 8 weeks after and did the same, nothing, no dial tone, unable to reset. Customer no service attempts twice now result in no return call as promised. Wasted my money! Please don't waste yours!
