Nettalk.com Unstable. Uncaring... No One In Corporate Office

Nettalk Duo is an unstable machine.nettalk has poor tech support. The Duo can disconnect at any time. Many times people cannot hear you when you talk. The Nettalk corporate office is an answering machine in Miami, FL.

I am disabled & I need a phone all the time.nettalk is an unstable internet VIOP phone service.nettalk disconnects while you are talking. When I used more than 3000 minutes in a month Nettalk disconnected my phone without telling me. I found out that the phone was turned off when I attempted to make a telephone call. I was unable to call 911, my doctors & the pharmacy.

The only phone call I could make is to Nettalk Technical Support and Nettalk Customer Service. I informed Nettalk they told me to pay for more minutes.nettalk takes 4 weeks to transfer your phone number to a new service port. They do this in order to cause you to pay $29.95 to keep your phone number. Vonage, VOIPo and others transfer the phone numbers within 3 to 10 days. Do NOT PURCHASE Nettalk. It is a waist of money and no better than MagicJack.

What kind of company is Nettalk when the corporate office just has a voice mail answering the telephone? They do not have a secretary answering the phones and each person you try to reach in the corporate office is not available, does not have a secretary and you must leave a voice message. I left messages for 2 of the board members and neither one returned my phone call.

This is a company that is stealing our money and not working like a true corporate office. I would suggest that Nettalk.com, Inc. Be investigated to find out what they are doing with our money and why the people who are suppose to work in the corporate office are never in the office no matter what day or time you call Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
