NetTalk not worth the trouble

I had NetTalk for 2 years almost trouble-free. I had faxing capability that always worked but then this past summer ocassionally, calls would be dropped for whatever reason I don't know. Then just after I renewed my service for another year in September, the real big trouble started.incoming callers would hear a message that said "to join the conference, enter your passcode followed by the pound key or hashtag". I wrote a trouble ticket and waited, and waited, for almost two weeks. Finally I wrote another trouble ticket on the failure to respond to my first trouble ticket. Next day I received a reply telling me to call Tech Service. And my phone service started working again at the same time? So, I didn't call Tech Service, because I had already done that a few weeks ago and their Tech Service is not handled by human beings, it's an automated computer program that sucks. Well, at least now my phone was working again, so I thought. A week later a friend calls me on my cell phone and says "how come I get this strange invitation to join a conference when I call your other number"? I checked it out by calling my NetTalk number and there the message was again. I am totally disgusted now because I have also lost my faxing capability.
Next day my phone works fine (ringing, instead of the goofy conference message), but still no fax capability. It has been maybe two months now and my NetTalk phone service works maybe 50% of the time. I haven't heard the goofy conference message lately, but sometimes my phone doesn't ring when people call me. I have checked the status LED's on the Duo device and it seems to periodically stop communicating with the network, then it starts working again all by itself???
That's it for me I am not wasting another dollar or minute of my time with NetTalk!!!
