Called HP tech spt and got this company instead. They said they do HP's tech spt. Told me I had an outside IP monitoring my network and corrupted system files. That I must get this fixed asap, that they will fix it and install a double firewall that will secure my system for life. Said I must also change all my passwords after the fix. I'm still not convinced that this was done, and when I called back twice to get clarification/proof, I got the runaround.
