I have rented a mobile home at Shangri-la MHP in Largo Fl for a year. I have had to have them treat THREE times for termites. The lawn has not been cut in over THREE weeks. There is debris behind the perimeter homes that is harboring snakes, mosquitoes, ticks and fleas. They are now getting in my home!
