Called Dell tech support. Spoke to first tech support for 1 1/2 hours. Then he disconnected me. My computer was inoperable at this point. Called back - got transferred 3x. Next tech person said he fixed problem after 1 hour.
Now my computer is corrupted and have no internet ability.
Will NEVER buy another DELL product.
