Martha Merideth Studios, through (Personal Information Removed) placed an order on 4-19 for a Ballet Presentation they will have on June this year. All of the items were handmade which include: One Tinkerbell Dress with wings attached, six fairy floating wings and one fairy wand.
When we sent her the invoice it stated that she must read our store policies before placing the order. She agreed to my Store Policies when she placed the order as stated on the invoice: “Paying this invoice means that you agree with our Store Policies. If you have any question doesn’t hesitate to email us or contact us by phone prior to place the order”. This customer never emailed back or call so she understood our Store Policies and for that reason she paid.

As soon as she received the items she sent me an email stating the following: "All is unpacked and the fairy wings are more beautiful than we have ever hoped for. The Tinker Bell dress is breathtaking". These items were going to be used for a photo shooting and a dance presentation. Two days after she received the items and after the photo shooting she decided that she does not want the items because they were not as she requested. These items were handmade one by one not make in a mass production.

My Store Policies specified that handmade items are NOT returnable or refundable. She read that at the moment to place the order. She start sending harassing emails day by day and at the end she requested a refund to her Credit Card Company and the Credit Card Company refunds her the money (obviously the Credit Card Company preferred to have her happy so she can continue buying and paying interest to them.

The incredible of this is that this company keep the money and all of the items. As a professional at least she must return the items but no, she keeps the items and the money. I spent hours and hours making these items just for her to having on time for her event and at the end she keeps everything for herself and I have wasted my time and money for her to keep everything like nothing has happened.

I demand my items back. It is so easy to order something, like it, then not like it, complaint, asked for a refund, received the refund made by the Credit Card Company and keep the items I made. As long as I know that is FRAUD. This person/entity probably will had done the same before with other companies, so be aware of unprofessional people or company like this.

I will not rest until I receive my items in the same condition (NEW) that I sent them or my money back.
