This company just called me and tried to do the same thing. They told me that I was approved for a government grant. They said that I had to pay $3.87 to process the paper work. I told them to call me back in 5 minutes so I could research the company, I saw this. Too many complaints. They called back and I told them I was not interested. They persisted that I talk to them and eventually they hung up on me. This lets you know that this company is a scam. They almost got me, thanks for the internet!!
