A man with an Indian accent called and said my paperwork for a grant I had applied for months ago was approved and they needed $3.58 to process the check and have it mailed to me. While I was on the phone with him I kept hearing my own voice as if I was on speaker phone. Then I started thinking, its 8:31 pm, the US government would be closed by now. I goggled the company while on the phone with him and the scam report came up. I told him I did not have a card and he told me that it was the only way to get my grant money. At that point i knew it was a scam and I hung up on him. He called me 4 more times from a blocked number. Damn shame people do (Inappropriate Content Removed) like this.
