I also ordered what I thought was the product for free and pay the 4.95 s/h. I understood about the autoship monthly charge. However, I figure I would try the product then cancel. Well, I never received the product and I didn't realize the autoship started in 14 days, not a month. My misunderstanding was that I was receiving a trial offer for free with just s/h. Not so! I was receiving the product, pay s/h and then get charged for it if I didn't cx within 14 days. After I noticed the $89.95 charge on my credit card, I called the company. The number listed was not in service. Fortunately I found another number in a previous post and I spoke to an agent who was very rude. She said I needed to check with the post office of why I had not received the product and at least gave me a tracking number. Then she said, that I could return the product for a full refund, but that I HAD to open the box and retrieve the invoice and write the RA # on it, then send it back and I would pay the postage. So if I do get the refund, I will still be out over $10 for s/h and a whole lot of time and aggravation.
