Unauthorized banking account distributions

I terminated my membership in Sept of confirmed a credit of $69.60 on people computer account, got two distinct termination figures, noticed nothing for some time and today in March they're removing $22.91 from my bank account. Haven't had the opportunity to get hold of anybody in virtually any way whatsoever. How can an individual manage this. The financial institution explained they are able to quit any car distributions when people computer employs the signal figures they're employing today but all-they need to do is alter one quantity of that signal and they'll be effective in opening my bill. What must I do today. Anyone available have any suggestions?
