Miscellaneous

I ordered the "free" trial of hcg xtreme bottle and paid the $4.95 shipping. I received a full month size bottle, with the bottle I read the autoship instructions that came with the product, which was not available on the site where it was purchased. You basically have 2 wks to return the product or you will be charged $80.00 or so for autoship. Well, they delayed the shipment so that I did not receive it until the 13th day, so I called first thing the following day to tell them I did not want the product, no autoship, etc. They agreed to extend my trial period for another 10 days so I could try the product. I started reading all the horror stories on the internet so I then called them back, waited on hold for an hour and 1/2, then hung up, tried again the next day, same thing, 1 1/2 hrs, hung up. Tried later that day, finally got someone after 1/2 hr and I stopped the autoship, etc. Was given RMA# and address to return the product, when I attempted to print my address label/postage online with the address given, was told the address is not legitimate (2710 A Stanley Gault Pkwy Louisville Ky 40223) but I shipped it back anyway, it will likely come back to me. So then I went to my bank, since I bought the product using a debit card, all I had to do was cancel that card and get a new one so they cant bill me again. Something must be done to stop this scam.
