Non-elected board chair, Lew Rosenbaum has been saying you are the best CPA. Usually that means you are not working for shareholders.
It was apparent that record shows a high school graduate Lew Rosenbaum lacked accounting knowledge.
Numerously I pointed out Lew Rosenbaum and other board members were never elected by shareholders, refused shareholder elections. However, you continue refusing to provide any responses, explanation, documents to shareholders.
You have REFUSED to answer this: How many bank statements of Lunt Lake Coop did you review?
Did you review statements to see whether money is actually in bank?

Why didn't you advise Lew Rosenbaum's signature should be REMOVED from bank accounts?
