Did not receive the claimed winnings

My mother claimed $38 from GoToSweepstakes back in and never received it. She was ill at the time, so I pursued the matter for her, since I am also a member of the site. I've claimed money before and received it, but she never did receive her money. I e-mailed them repeatedly about the matter, (no response) threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau, which I did, but they could not find an address for GTS at the time, so they couldn't help. My mother passed away that same year, it would have been nice had she received that money. I still play their daily sweepstake game, so does my husband. I have $36 accumulated, my hubby has over $100, I'm almost afraid to try and claim it!
