Boycott onrebate and tiger direct! They will rip you off! Bogus 800 number and email! Never Received Rebate No Response to Complaints RIPOFF

I purchased a computer monitor in Oct for $248.99 with a $50 rebate from TigerDirect.com. I still have not received the rebate. I have followed their procedures and have still not received a response from OnRebate.com, the company that processes the rebate. I waited until after they said to wait to and then began submitting complaints via their website.

I have received several emails stating that I will receive a response within 72 hours (with no response) and have also tried their number repeatedly, but no one ever answers, I just sit on hold for a half hour then hang up.

This is very frustrating and I believe they stole my money and now there's nothing I can do to get it back.
