Have not yet recieved refund!

Horrible company! Saw the deal on Groupon and called the company directly. Sean told me to book directly through him, so we could all be together (bachlorette party) and it would only need one credit card. I read reviews of company and at time, it was fine no bad reviews. I believe this company bit off more than they could chew. After I purchased a month later, I started reading bad reviews and heard Groupon refunded the money. I called company and they lied and said everything was fine. Then NBC news did a report on Lux and then I of course panicked and cancelled. I got a hold of someone and they canceled my reservation. They said the money would be refunded when a manager came into the office. I waited and waited. I canceled on a friday and called company on monday. Oh Lux was out of business on Monday and no forwarding information was given. And still no refund in account. I then called VEGAS Bus EXPress, who I believe are the same owners of LuX. The guy there said he could do nothing for me, but offer me a cheap travel to VEGaS! Whatever! I want my 800$ back! I am looking for people who would like to complete a group or class action law suit. This is ridiculous. I was just tying to plan a fun trip for my best friend who was getting married. I did not mean to loose 800$!
