alot for your reply... We will be happy
if you will come to our yard for inspection. But we have policy before
any new buyer will come to our yard for inspection. Whereby they have to
obtain our company inspection forms. And this forms comes with a
REFUNDABLE COST. Which is $1,000.. At our company yard after the whole
inspection is down

Why we request for new buyers to pay for
inspection is because of the tax policy in the UK. When we send you our
inspection form we have to register your
company with the SGS AGENCY in charge of inspection here in the UK and
that comes with a fee which will be paid for your inspection to be
approved and we don't know if you are a serious buyer yet and we will
not take the risk of paying this fee and at the end of the day buyer's
don't show up for inspection we have been a victim of this in the past
and we are not willing to go down that lane anymore.

Just to prove to you that the money is
REFUNDABLE
it will be stated clearly in the inspection form that the money will be
refunded upon getting to our yard. If you are not comfortable in
sending your FUNDS, you can make the payment on your full name and our
company address. What we need is just the western union slip you use in
making the payment, so we can document it in our company file.

Buyer will come along with a scanned copy of the inspection form and payment slip as prove of payment.
