Quicken Loans
They took my money and refused the loan approximately 2 days before closing. They also refused to pay for Pest Inspection

I went with these people thinking they were OK. Boy was I wrong. They waited approximately 2 days before closing to tell me they could not help further.

To top that, they won't pay for the pest inspection when it clearly states that the inspection would be at no cost to me. When I addressed this (I sent a copy of the form to them) they stated that they checked this and even though the wording was incorrect I was still liable for the payment to the Pest inspection company.

So now I'm out the $440.00 deposit, the pest inspection fee $125.00 and no refi on my home. I wouldn't attempt to do business with these con artists for anything. Also, The "specialist" I was assigned happened to take a vacation or something, but was not available for over a month and I was passed off to another person twice.

Very unprofessional. Don't trust these people.
