TirePlus Gave me a list of replaceble parts to pass state inspection

I had to get my state inspection done on my car, The Tire Plus informed me about list of parts that needs to be replaced and gave me a quotation for over 1000$.
I asked them not to do the inspection, they charged 40$ for inspection and failed the inspection.
I got it done elsewhere for less than 35$ without being ripped off or quotation for replacing parts for passing the inspection.
My suggestion to all innocent people, please take second opinion always, Dont let these people take advantage of the situation and rip you off during this tough economy.
