Miscellaneous

A T-mobile sales representative came into my work and sold me a new plan and a phone. He was supossed to change my plan to a lower plan. This never happened. I cancelled the line, and then receive a $100 breach fee, that was originally $400! I get a daily phone call from a man who claims he is a collections agency named David D. I cannot get his last name as this is company policy. I am being harassed to pay a bill on a daily basis for a bill that isn’t due yet! He is not a collections agency as I reach him through their customer service! This guy is extremely rude and unprofessional. Today he finally admits that his company made a mistake, and they did not hold up their end of the contract of changing my bill from a My Fav 400 plan to a Classic Family 500 plan! He says mam, a mistake was made on our end! He says they don’t need to hold up their end of the contract, but I do and I need to pay $100 for cancelling the line I opened so that my bill would be changed to this plan! It was NEVER EVER changed! I should not be charged when the contract wasn’t even fulfilled! This contract should be void as it was never ever fulfilled, and in no way shape or form should I be charged a fee. This place is a total scam!
