Ripoff refuse to give pay check after work is completed always a excuse why i can't get my pay check

I have worked for choice home care for over 6 mos. Making 8.50 An HOUR are 105.00 FOR 24 hour over night stay. There is two way of getting payed. One way is payed at the time which resident pays after service is finished. They would open a escrow account where they get payed for service up front and the company pays you. Every time it's time for the company to pay you for your work there's always a problem getting payed. They send to a resident home that you will take care of husband and wife, have you fill out paperwork for two different clients they get payed for two and only pay you for one if you get payed. I worked 3 over nights shift and they refuse to pay.
