Not getting payed

I work for comfort home health as a aide medcaid payes them to pay us victoria calls ever one to tell us we are not getting payed and it will be 3 weeks sense i had a paycheck when we do get payed the checkes bounds and now they are talking about cutting our pay i only make 7.50 hour i think it is wrong the way they are doing us if you going to on a business you should have the money to pay your employees
