Ower is very inconsiderate of her employee

The company I worked for was payed on friday oct. 8, but my check was not routed to my account. So I Called the ower, and I was told by her that she did'nt receive proper payment from the state so she'll pay me when she gets payed and ended our phone conversation by hunging up in my face. I was called back hours later by a supervisor, and was told i can pick up my check on monday. Well today is monday and i'm placing a complaint because I have never had to wait for any thing i work for.
