Comcast refuses to give me or send me a bill. Nostatement in 3 months

After much haggling I opted to get Comcast land line service. They gauranteed me it would "work this time". It didn't. I have had service people at my house repeatedly after they made numerous excuses. Phone service is now working. I have repeatedly requested a bill fro Comcast. They refuse to send one. They say they have sent them but the last one I got was 3 months ago. I pay my bills ahead so I have a credit on my account. I always received a bill before. I had a conversation via chat with a reprsentative today. I copied it and printed it out. They danced me around for 45 minutes then said they could not help me. I will send the printed conversation if needed. It was absolutely crazy.
