Bought furniture for my garden june 3rd. Was promised delivery by the 10th. One piece came. It took me 5 calls and a total of 2 hours to get nowhere. Target does not cancel orders ieven if you want to (MACY'S AND OTHER DO). They have very polite but totally incompetent staff. They use dodgy parcel services (First direct or something) that are not opened on week ends or any other time, they try to force you to call theses parcels ervices so that YOU the client deals with these inept people. Today we are the 18th of june, no furniture, no answer no possibility of refunds, no link on the web site to leave a complaint. Never again.
