We have had several interactions with Target.com trying to get our issue resolved. How long are we supposed to wait? We placed and order 5 June we are told that our order is "stuck in the system." Target cannot cancel it and Target will not refund our money. How is this legal? If we are contacted, we will explain in detail. If Target keeps up with emails/calls, they can refer to the history of this incident.
