Dear Target.com,
I ordered furniture from Target.com and it was delivered to my home damaged. I called customer service and was transferred from department to department for over 45 minutes, until I was eventually dropped. I again tried the next day with the same outcome. I called again, at this point beyond frustrated, and left my phone number with a representative of Target.com requesting a return call from someone who could help me solve my problem. After 4 1/2 business days, I have still not heard from anyone from Target.com. I called again today and was put on hold for 35 minutes. If I hear that Target jingle one more time I am going to throw up! So at this point, I still have a 480 dollar piece of furniture that I cannot use because it is damaged. I am not sure what to do next. Any advice from anyone would be welcome!
