NO Service at AT&T

After 11 months of good service I now have an issue where the Phone and internet works but the TV uverse freeze after one to three minutes. This is the secodn thime that this happens. The first time it took three weeks,, yes three weeks to get this done and now I am in the same boat again, AT&T keep sending tech that dont know what to do, dont know how to escalate to tier 2. Discussion with managers on the phone (who claim to be mgrs.) dont even know how to escalate.in the lst week 5 techs showed up at home and they all look puzzle. The last time it was a provisioning issue at their office but you cant talk to these people.

And by the way try to find a VP responsible for customer service and get their email or name impossible.
