Found this bogus charge as a recurring monthly event on my wife's Amex. I had thought it was something she was subscribered to so never questioned it. Turns out she never heard of it.

Calling got the same run around and data soliciting questions that others have reported. I have disputed the charges with Amex. We have no idea how this got started.
