A man called and pretended to be from AMEX Corporate. They said that the monthly fee on my account had not been paid. I didn't give him any banking information but referred the information to our Finance department who handles the bill. After they contacted AMEX, we found out it was a scam. AMEX corporate will never contact the individual card holders for payment. Beware. Kind of scary they had my name and number to begin with.
