Ripoff-$14.95 being charged to my Amex without authorization Only

I inquired of Amex when I started seeing the $14.95 monthly charge on my statement. Amex said they would suspend the $14.95 while inquiring. That has not happened and I am still being charged this monthly fee. I have no idea what it is for and I have no knowledge of this company. I never joined anything (at least knowingly) and want this stopped immediately.
