This is in addition to the original complaint. The Phone # to the person you need to speak with is 1/888/422/5226 & his name is Victor, After calling on June 13th & leaving a message telling the voice mail that I stopped June's 100.00 payment, I get a call on my voice mail by Victor that he understands I have some questions about my Computer, which it has been 8 weeks & still no computer, which is what my message was, why had it not arrived at my home, when I was told 6 to 8 weeks, next week will be 9 weeks. I was not pleased at what I have read about this company on the Internet & How many complaints have been filed to the BBB & none seemed to have been resolved. I tried to download the two bank statements showing where the monies have been taken out of my account, but can't seem to get it to work for me. Victors ext. Is 231. Thanks Glenda
