We were in need of doing a home loan modification. They promised us that they would be able to help us or we would get our money back. We even got it in writing. The fee was of $1,695. They required $1,295 up front and then $400 a few weeks later. When we went to try to do the loan modofication over the phone with the bank, we were not suceesful.

So we asked for our money back, and they said that we had to go back in a week or so for the check. We didn't want to, but we left. They claimed that they were going to speak to Victor to see if he would be able to do something.

Three weeks later we go back for the money and the office a almost completely empty. There was no receptionist. The people we had dealt with were no longer in the company per the security man. A few minutes later a few other people go to the office as well, for the same reason.

We left Victor Lopez a voice mail to call back and he has not. We also called Carlos, the person that told us to come back in a week, and who had apparently left the company says, that he left because he did not agree with how Victor was handling his business and victor was doing nothing for the clients.

It is crazy and unbelievable, as 3 weeks ago that office was completely full.
