Not sure of exact date but my complaint is for false advertising. My monetary damages were not so much the issue & compared to others are insignificant but the fact that their product Sculptinex was totally useless & all their data & research results & claims were untrue. This product was a waist of my money & time. Also I could find no web sight to contact them directly
