I saw an ad on-line where this product is recommended by Dr. Oz, so ordered. The initial supply, supposedly $4.95 and when the product arrived, no invoice was included. I have since received an additional shipment of the product with no invoice. I made the mistake of entering my debit card # and have recently noticed (posted the same day the product was shipped) an on-line amount for 105.95. The on-line bill is for skin beauties, which I assume is equinox at Sheridan Labs.in addition to the monetary complaint, the product does not work, so I would like a refund, but I don't know a contact person, and don't have a phone number or address.
