I ordered a Zelda system from them at the end of May. After about ten days, they sent me a tracking number but it never actually got mailed. Within three days of my order, they debited my account for $164.00. I tried calling the 800 # provided on their website but it went to voicemail no matter what option I pressed. Eventually, I received a call back from a private (blocked) cell phone number asking me to wait longer for the item as it was on back order. This call came at 9:40 at night. The next day I emailed them requesting a full refund. They emailed me back and sent me a "receipt" for a refund and wrote that my account would be refunded within 2 business days of June 11. It is now June 14 and still no refund. I have notified my bank and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Since my debit card is backed by Visa, they also will be investigating on my behalf. DO NOT order from these people. My story is just like Kyle who posted a few days ago.in fact we ordered the same item. I bet he is still waiting for a refund, too.
