Miscellaneous

I placed an online order on 11/25 for an Apple iPod Nano 6th generation in green for $99.99. The order no. Was Yhst-134981029948189. I was told that I was required to pay for the order with a "green dot money pak" card, which I purchased in the amount of $99.99 plus an additional $4.95 service fee. I emailed the green dot card activation number on 11/26 and was told that my order would ship in 3 - 5 business days. On 11/30, after sending two requests for the status of my order, I was informed that the item was out of stock and that it would be shipped on 12/10. On 12/11 I email and called to no avail.in the prior email they sent on 11/30, they stated that I could wait until 12/10 for the order to be shipped OR that I could request a cancellation of my order and receive a full refund within 7-10 days. After following up w/repeated emails and leaving telephone messages, I finally requested a refund by email on 12/27 to no avail. I have not received any communication, iPod nano, or refund since that email they sent to me on 11/20 from Lisa from Customer Care. I have saved all emails related to this issue.
