Ordered a Star Wars Xbox 360 in May and was charged to my credit card. Was told the item was back ordered and they would refund my account. As of today (June 19th) I have still not received a refund. Have placed numerous calls and emails to the company to find out what is happening and get no reply back. Tried to go to their website this morning and it is not available. Not sure what to do next.
