Guaranteed money back if not satisfied did not state they hope you will just give up and let them keep your money! After emailing and finally getting a phone number, I was on hold for about a half hour. When i got a human in a call center, I found out they are going to send an email with a form that I will have to FAX BACK TO THEM!!! How frustrating! Don't do this!!
