Fraudulent company will take your money and you get nothing!

I ordered from this company initially on 1/23/06. They approved my prescription and sent it out in a timely manner. Everything seemed on the up and up. They sent an email reminding me that my prescription is almost up and it was time to re-order. Well, as with others, I received an update stating that there was a shortage on phentermine right now and it would take a few days. Then another email stating approximately 17 days until it would be shipped.

I waited 3 weeks and never received anything, nor did they answer any one of my emails. Customer service is non-existent! They never answer the phone. You are put on hold for about 5 mins when after all that, they hang up on you and they say to call back. Extremely frustrating.

I finally did some of my own research and realized I wasn't the only one who they did this to according to consumer complaints. I followed others instructions and wrote them an email stating that I would contact the BBB, my attorney, the GA state attorney, and so on.

I still never received anything, not even a response. Today, I looked on this website and found another number to call and they said that it was shipped out and will arrive today. I absolutely got no explanation. Maybe my emails finally got to them. Don't just give in to them. Keep emailing them and threatening them. I did contact the BBB in Florida about them, and now they have been red flagged. Maybe that's why they sent me my stuff. Good Luck, but don't ever use this company again!
